OverviewIf you are a new contractor about to begin a project with the University, you’ll want to attend this webinar to learn how to get started using the PRZM system. Join us for this short and informative session to learn more about how to use the University’s capital project management system. This web-based course allows construction contractors to attend training from the comfort of their offices.
ObjectivesThe objective of this short course is to give the contractor the skills needed to begin work with PRZM, submit payments, manage inquiries about payment items, and understand the application’s workflow. It also covers new legislation and requirements for reporting on subcontractors.
TopicsIf you're a contractor, you will learn everything you’ll need to know about:
• Logging in to PRZM
• Creating subcontractor documents and creating the Schedule of Values, Schedule of Work Completed, and other payment-related documents
• Submitting requests for payment
• Creating documents through the application’s workflow for initial types of project activities
